Användning av uttrycket "rekommenderade priser", vid marknadsföring av möbler m.m. under bl.a. egna varumärken i form av s.k. private labels, har ansetts vilseledande och därmed otillbörlig. Också marknadsföring med användning av uttrycken "lagerrensning" och "allt ska bort" liksom användning av ett på visst sätt tidsbegränsade erbjudanden har ansetts vilseledande och därmed otillbörlig. Även fråga om vilka krav som bör ställas på yrkanden och grunder i mål om vitesförbud och om marknadsstörningsavgift på grund av otillbörlig marknadsföring.
