Antagande av ny detaljplan ----- Fråga om vilken plankarta som omfattas av beslutet att anta en detaljplan. Stadsbyggnadsnämnden har i sitt antagandebeslut hänvisat till ett tjänsteutlåtande som i sin tur i en sidfot innehåller en hänvisning till ett antal bilagor, bl.a. plankarta och planbeskrivning. Det har inte upprättats någon ny plankarta efter granskningsskedet och de aktuella bilagorna har inte bifogats nämndens beslut att anta detaljplanen. MÖD har funnit att det inte med tillräcklig tydlighet kan utläsas ur stadsbyggnadsnämndens protokoll vilken plankarta som har antagits. Beslutet har därmed ansetts strida mot 4 kap. 30 § PBL och 5 kap. 67 § KL.
