Återförvisning på grund av bristande kommunicering ----- Ett bolag ansökte om att få villkor angående bl.a. släntlutning ändrade i sitt tillstånd till täktverksamhet. Ett antal enskilda, däribland klaganden, yttrade sig under målets handläggning hos länsstyrelsen och klaganden motsatte sig en ändring av villkoret angående släntlutning. Sedan bolaget överklagat länsstyrelsens beslut biföll miljödomstolen bolagets begäran om ändring av villkoret angående släntlutning utan att på något sätt kommunicera överklagandet eller underrätta om syn som hölls. Miljööverdomstolen fann att den bristande kommuniceringen utgjorde ett så allvarligt förfarandefel att målet återförvisades till miljödomstolen för fortsatt handläggning.
