Tillsynsavgift för radonmätning ----- En fastighetsägare till ett flerfamiljshus hade låtit utföra en radonmätning vars resultat inte var invändningsfritt. Eftersom det är verksamhetsutövaren som har bevisbördan för att det inte föreligger någon olägenhet för människors hälsa var det befogat av miljönämnden att förelägga fastighetsägaren att utföra en kompletterande mätning. Miljönämnden har haft rätt att ta ut en avgift för sin tillsynsinsats.
