Tillstånd till enskild avloppsanordning ----- En fastighetsägare ansökte om tillstånd till enskild avloppsanläggning med sluten tank inom ett bostadsområde som planerades att i framtiden anslutas till kommunal va-anläggning. Miljööverdomstolen (MÖD) noterade att det ibland kan finnas skäl att i avvaktan på anslutning till det kommunala avloppsnätet ge ett tidsbegränsat tillstånd till en sluten tank. Att den tilltänkta anläggningen skulle användas för en planerad nybyggnation talade mot att ge ett tidsbegränsat tillstånd. Dessutom skulle en nybyggnation med vattentoalett komma att kräva ett uttag ur redan den hårt belastade grundvattentillgången. MÖD fann att det inte kunde anses oskäligt att klagandena fick invänta den planerade va-anläggningen.
