En arbetstagare hos Sveriges Television som var anställd som fotograf/redigerare har sagts upp på grund av arbetsbrist. Fråga om uppsägningen har stått i strid med turordningsreglerna i 22 § anställningsskyddslagen eftersom två andra arbetstagare med kortare arbetstid inte har sagts upp utan omplacerats till arbeten som videojournalister. Tvistefrågan har gällt om den uppsagda arbetstagaren har haft tillräckliga kvalifikationer för arbetet som videojournalist.
