Två arbetstagare har sagts upp på grund av arbetsbrist då arbetsgivaren lade ned sin verksamhet på orten. Under uppsägningstiden erbjöds, sökte och tillträdde arbetstagarna anställningar hos samma arbetsgivare men på en annan ort. Arbetstagarna hade tidigare, i enlighet med en överenskommelse i form av kollektivavtal, haft personliga lönetillägg. Fråga har uppkommit dels om överenskommelsen innebär att arbetstagarna har rätt att behålla sina personliga tillägg så länge de är oavbrutet anställda hos samma arbetsgivare, dels om arbetstagarna har erhållit nya anställningar eller har kvar sina gamla anställningar.
