En arbetstagare har lämnat sin arbetsplats efter det att en ställföreträdare för arbetsgivaren har tagit ett tag runt arbetstagarens nacke och föst eller knuffat iväg honom. Fråga bl.a. om arbetstagaren haft rätt att frånträda anställningen enligt 4 § tredje stycket anställningsskyddslagen och om frånträdandet är att jämställa med ett avskedande. Även fråga om arbetsgivaren gjort sig skyldig till föreningsrättskränkning.
