En arbetstagare har haft flera på varandra följande tidsbegränsade anställningar som vikarierande lektor vid Lunds universitet. Fråga om den senaste vikariatsanställningen till följd av bestämmelsen i 5 § andra stycket anställningsskyddslagen har övergått till en tillsvidareanställning när den sammanlagda anställningstiden överskridit tre år. Den huvudsakliga tvistefrågan har därvid rört om denna bestämmelse över huvud taget är tillämplig när det, som i målet, är fråga om en läraranställning som avses i högskoleförordningen.
