En tunnelbaneförare har, enligt vad utredningen visar, efter en incident i arbetet varit sjukskriven och uppburit sjuklön. Under samma period har han kört buss hos en annan arbetsgivare, ett bussbolag. Med anledning härav blir han uppsagd. Efter uppsägningen har han i stor omfattning kört buss hos bussbolaget samtidigt som han arbetat heltid som tunnelbaneförare. Fråga om saklig grund för uppsägning förelegat.
