Fråga om det förelegat laglig grund för avskedande av ett vårdbiträde inom hemtjänsten som påstås ha stulit pengar från en vårdtagare. I målet uppkommer frågan om artikel 6 punkt 2 i Europakonventionen om de mänskliga rättigheterna och de grundläggande friheterna innebär att Arbetsdomstolen vid sin prövning av det berättigade i avskedandet är bunden av den lagakraftägande brottmålsdom genom vilken vårdbiträdet frikänts från åtal avseende samma gärningar som arbetsgivaren lagt henne till last.
