En arbetstagare som blivit uppsagd av personliga skäl har kort tid därefter, sedan denna uppsägning återtagits, blivit uppsagd på nytt på grund av arbetsbrist. Fråga om uppsägningarna var sakligt grundade. Beträffande den andra uppsägningen har frågan gällt om även denna uppsägning i själva verket berott på förhållanden som var hänförliga till arbetstagaren personligen, s.k. fingerad arbetsbrist.
