En civilingenjör sägs upp på grund av arbetsbrist. Fråga om civilingenjören hade tillräckliga kvalifikationer för arbetsuppgifter som utfördes av andra hos arbetsgivaren anställda ingenjörer med kortare anställningstid hos arbetsgivaren. Även fråga om arbetsgivaren genom att i uppsägningsbeskedet ange att arbetstagaren kan ha företrädesrätt till återanställning fullgjort sin skyldighet att lämna besked om företrädesrätten till återanställning.
