Fråga om det förelegat saklig grund för uppsägning av en elinstallatör. Han hade till följd av en s.k. pisksnärtsskada nedsatt arbetsförmåga och kunde därför enligt arbetsgivarens mening inte längre utföra arbete av någon betydelse för företaget. Fråga om arbetsgivaren har fullgjort sina skyldigheter vad gäller rehabilitering, arbetsanpassning och omplacering. Arbetstagarsidan har särskilt framhållit att arbetsgivaren brustit i sin skyldighet till samråd med arbetstagaren. Arbetsdomstolen finner att uppsägningen är sakligt grundad.
