Ett arbetstagare har enligt arbetsgivaren visat en allvarlig och långvarig misskötsamhet i sin anställning genom bl.a. olovlig frånvaro. Arbetstagaren lider ostridigt av kronisk alkoholism. Fråga bl.a. om arbetstagaren har underlåtit att medverka till sin egen rehabilitering på sådant sätt att arbetsgivaren har haft saklig grund för uppsägning av anställningsavtalet.
