   2. Without prejudice to Article 5a(18), the information provided by Member States referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall include at least: (a) the certificate and certification assessment report of the certified European Digital Identity Wallet;

   4. A Member State may submit a request to the Commission to remove a European Digital Identity Wallet and the electronic identification scheme under which it is provided from the list referred to in paragraph 3.

    6. The Commission shall keep the list referred to in paragraph 3 updated by publishing in the Official Journal of the European Union the corresponding amendments to the list within one month of receipt of a request pursuant to paragraph 4 or of updated information pursuant to paragraph 5.

By 21 November 2024, the Commission shall establish the formats and procedures applicable for the purposes of paragraphs 1, 4 and 5 of this Article by means of implementing acts on the implementation of European Digital Identity Wallets as referred to in Article 5a(23). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 48(2).
