What does systematic work environment management require of a small employer?
The employer must examine working conditions, assess risks, remedy what can be remedied and follow up that the measures worked, as part of day-to-day operations. The work is carried out together with employees and the safety representative. From ten employees, the work environment policy, routines, allocation of tasks and the annual follow-up must be documented in writing. Risks not remedied at once go into a written action plan with a date and a responsible person.
