How many days of annual leave is an employee in Sweden entitled to?

Twenty-five days of annual leave per holiday year is the main rule, whether the employment is full-time or part-time. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March, and the preceding year is the qualifying year. Paid leave is earned during the qualifying year, while unpaid leave may be taken at once. A collective agreement may give more days, never fewer than the Act.
