Hyresnämndsmål. Hyresgästens son bodde kvar i lägenheten efter att hyresgästen avlidit. Hyresvärden sade upp hyresavtalet cirka fem månader efter dödsfallet och gjorde gällande att hyresavtalet var förverkat med anledning av att lägenheten olovligen upplåtits i andra hand till sonen. Hovrätten bedömde att det som kunde läggas dödsboet till last var av ringa betydelse och att hyresrätten därmed inte var förverkad. Även fråga om tillstånd att överlåta hyresrätten och om hyresvärden skäligen kunde nöja sig med sonen som hyresgäst.
