Hyresnämndsmål. Fråga om vilken betydelse en uppgift i folkbokföringsregistret om en hyresgästs bosättning på annan adress än i prövningslägenheten har för hyresvärdens påstående att hyresgästen inte är permanent bosatt i prövningslägenheten. Folkbokföringsuppgiften har inte ansetts ha någon presumtionsverkan på så sätt att bevisbördan skulle flyttas över från hyresvärden till hyresgästen. Oavsett var hyresgästen är folkbokförd har hyresvärden bevisbördan för ett påstående om att hyresgästen inte är bosatt i lägenheten. En sammantagen bevisvärdering ska göras i fråga om hyresvärden har fullgjort sin bevisbörda.
