Hyresnämndsmål. Hovrätten har, med hänvisning till tidigare praxis, inte godkänt en ansökan om dispens för villkor i blockhyresavtal. Hovrätten har inte heller godkänt ansökan om avstående från besittningsskydd. Hovrätten uttalar att den aktuella avtalskonstruktionen, som innefattade upplåtelser och avståendeavtal i flera led, innebar en risk för att reglerna i hyreslagstiftningen skulle kunna kringgås.
