Kronofogdemyndigheten fattade två beslut om utmätning mot en gäldenär. Kronofogdemyndigheten avslog därefter en begäran om rättelse av besluten på så sätt att utmätning samtidigt skulle ske med anledning av två verkställbara domar mot samma gäldenär varefter utmätningsbesluten överklagades. Tingsrätten beslutade om inhibition av de två utmätningsbesluten. Hovrätten har upphävt tingsrättens inhibitionsbeslut eftersom de två domarna hade tillkommit efter medgivande av gäldenären i syfte att berättiga klagandena till utmätning och hindra annan fordringsägare från att ta allt i anspråk och inhibitionsbeslutet oskäligt fördröjde utmätningen.
