Rättegångshinder. En prorogationsklausul i ett transportavtal ingånget mellan en konsument och ett flygbolag har ansetts oskälig och har lämnats utan avseende. Den tingsrätt inom vars domkrets avgångsorten för flygningen är belägen, och vid vilken konsumenten väckt talan mot flygbolaget, har därmed ansetts behörig att pröva tvisten.
