Klagan över domvilla
Klagan över domvilla. När domstol meddelar en tredskodom som grundas på ett utslag från Kronofogdemyndigheten ska det av tredskodomen framgå hur den förhåller sig till det tidigare meddelade utslaget. Detta kan ske genom att utslaget antingen undanröjs eller fastställs, och i det senare fallet bör utslaget bifogas domen. En tredskodom som inte har gått att verkställa på grund av avsaknad av information i detta avseende har av hovrätten ansetts behäftad med en sådan ofullständighet att det av tredskodomen inte framgår hur rätten har dömt i saken. Hovrätten har undanröjt tredskodomen och återförvisat målet till tingsrätten.
