Hyresnämndsmål. En hyresgäst har vid fler än hundra tillfällen hyrt ut prövningslägenheten via Airbnb. Det har varit fråga om många korta uthyrningstillfällen som pågått under en längre tid och ett relativt högt pris har betalats per natt. Upplåtelserna har inte skett för bostadsändamål utan lägenheten har i stället hyrts ut under former som är att likna vid hotellverksamhet. Hovrätten har funnit att hyresgästen genom upplåtelserna använt lägenheten i strid med upplåtelseändamålet i sådan omfattning att avvikelsen inte kan anses vara utan betydelse för hyresvärden. Hyresgästen har därmed allvarligt åsidosatt sina förpliktelser som hyresgäst i så hög grad att avtalet skäligen inte ska förlängas.
