Skuldsanering. En gäldenär har för ca 16 år sedan dömts för bl.a. försök till mord och försök till dråp samt förpliktats att betala skadestånd till flera målsägande. Hovrätten har, bl.a. med hänsyn till gäldenärens tidigare brottslighet och en av målsägandenas skadeståndsanspråk mot gäldenären, funnit att det inte är skäligt att bevilja skuldsanering.
