Sedan målsäganden fått del av den tilltalades överklagande har målsäganden överklagat tingsrättens avgörande även anslutningsvis. Anslutnings¬överklagandet har tillåtits eftersom det ursprungliga överklagan¬det endast avsett tingsrättens avgörande i fråga om skadestånd.
