Hyresnämndsmål. En hyresgäst har innehållit hyra som deponerats hos länsstyrelsen. Den innehållna hyran avsåg brist i lägenheten. Deponeringen skedde först sedan bristen åtgärdats och avsåg förfluten tid. Hovrätten fann att hyresgästen brustit i sina skyldigheter mot hyresvärden på sådant sätt att hyresavtalet skulle upphöra. Att deponeringen skedde på inrådan av hyresgästens ombud förändrade inte denna bedömning.
