Hyresnämndsmål. En bostadsrättsförening har ansökt om godkännande av ett stämmobeslut att glasa in och bygga till balkongerna i föreningen. Hovrätten har avslagit ansökan eftersom föreningen inte visat att det finns ett sådant underhållsbehov som krävs för att de tilltänkta förändringarna ska anses vara angelägna. Hovrätten har även avslagit ett yrkande om undanröjande och återförvisning på grund av jäv riktat mot ledamöterna i hyresnämnden. Hovrätten fann att intresseledamöterna inte varit jäviga på grund av deras organisationstillhörighet, eftersom det inte framkommit eller ens påståtts att de engagerat sig i den speciella tvistefråga som var föremål för prövning.
