Hyresnämndsmål. En bostadsrättsförening har ansökt om godkännande av ett stämmobeslut att glasa in och bygga till balkongerna i föreningen. Hovrätten har funnit att balkongerna är i behov av underhåll och att det är fastighetsekonomiskt försvarbart att förena underhållet med en utbyggnad och inglasning. Den tilltänkta förändringen har därför ansetts angelägen och har inte kunnat tillgodoses på något annat sätt. Förändringen har inte ansetts oskälig mot den enskilde bostadsrättshavaren.
