Hovrätten har funnit att hyresnämnden är behörig att inom ramen för en tvist om förlängning av hyresavtal dels pröva om ett sidoavtal är ett s.k. kopplat avtal som enligt 12 kap. 6 § tredje stycket jordabalken upphör att gälla samtidigt med att bostadshyresavtalet upphör, dels meddela avflyttningsåläggande så att beslutet blir verkställbart även i denna del.
