Hyresnämndsmål. En hyresgäst har vägrat hyresvärden tillträde till lägenheten för en besiktning inför en kommande ombyggnad. Hovrätten har funnit att besiktningen har varit en sådan besiktning som ger hyresvärden rätt att utan uppskov få tillträde till lägenheten. Eftersom hyresgästen hade informerats om besiktningen i tillräckligt god tid innan den skulle ske, och saknade giltig ursäkt för att inte bereda hyresvärden tillträde, har hovrätten funnit att hyresavtalet är förverkat.
