Hovrätten har, till följd av att partiellt prövningstillstånd beviljats avseende en av flera fordringar i ett mål om borgen, även meddelat prövningstillstånd i fråga om rättegångskostnaderna. Prövningstillståndet i den delen har begränsats till att endast gälla vad klaganden ska förpliktas att ersätta motparten för det fall att hovrätten skulle ändra tingsrättens dom i sakfrågan.
