Tingsrätten har dömt en irakisk medborgare, som beviljats permanent uppehållstillstånd och som också av Migrationsverket bedömts vara skyddsbehövande enligt 4 kap. 2 § första stycket 2 utlänningslagen, för våldtäkt och sexuellt ofredande till fängelse tre år, tillerkänt målsäganden skadestånd samt utvisat honom ur riket med förbud att återvända före 2018.
