Fråga om svensk domstol är behörig att pröva åtal för brott begångna i Finland av finsk medborgare med hemvist i Finland och som inte heller fanns i Sverige när åtal väcktes. Hovrätten fann att svensk domsrätt över gärningar begångna i Finland under dessa omständigheter endast förelåg i de fall brottet har ett straffminimum som inte understiger fyra års fängelse.
