Domarna har antingen vunnit laga kraft eller också har prövningstillstånd inte meddelats. I referaten har angivits den gärning som funnits styrkt, hovrättens brottsrubricering, den av hovrätten bestämda påföljden, och, i förekommande fall, det skadestånd hovrätten utdömt samt de skäl som anförts.
