Medansvar enligt aktiebolagslagen

Medansvar enligt aktiebolagslagen. Tidpunkt för uppkomsten av en förpliktelse ska bestämmas på samma sätt enligt 25 kap. 20 a § om ansvarets upphörande som enligt 18 § om ansvarstiden. En ny förpliktelse har ansetts inte uppkomma genom en förlikning, när denna enbart bekräftar eller i mindre omfattning materiellt ändrar den ursprungliga förpliktelsen.
