Tillstånd till ett nytt vattenkraftverk ----- En befintlig damm uppströms finns sedan lång tid tillbaka för översvämningsskydd. Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har bedömt att ett tillstånd till ett vattenkraftverk på platsen varken äventyrar icke-försämringskravet eller uppnåendet av relevant miljökvalitetsnorm utifrån det sätt som EU-domstolen har specificerat prövningen på i Weserdomen. Ett tillstånd är också förenligt med övriga regler i miljöbalken.
