Vid prövning av en ansökan om uppehållstillstånd är det den asylsökande som skall göra sitt behov av internationellt skydd sannolikt och sin identitet sannolik. Behov av internationellt skydd har inte ansetts föreligga p.g.a. inre väpnad konflikt eller andra svåra motsättningar i hemlandet. Eftersom sökanden inte har flykting- eller skyddsskäl skall en prövning av internt flyktalternativ inte göras.
