Ett pastorat lämnade visst besked om en kyrkomusikers möjlighet att arbeta hemma och om hans ansvar för en barnkör. Fråga om detta har inneburit beslut om viktigare förändringar av musikerns arbetsförhållanden och om pastoratet, genom att inte förhandla, har brutit mot förhandlingsskyldigheten i 13 § medbestämmandelagen. Arbetsdomstolen fann att pastoratet inte brutit mot förhandlingsskyldigheten. Även fråga om ändring av talan.
