En polis, som arbetar i polishuset med annat än brottsutredningar, verkar på sin fritid som ordförande i en ideell förening som bl.a. ger stöd och hjälp åt personer som anser sig ha varit utsatta för våld i nära relationer. Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att engagemanget som ordförande i föreningen är en s.k. förtroendeskadlig bisyssla enligt 7 § lagen (1994:260) om offentlig anställning.
