Olovlig stridsåtgärd
Olovlig stridsåtgärd. Ett renhållningsföretag har begärt att renhållningsarbetarna ska medverka vid en inventering av samtliga nycklar till bolagets trakter (sophämtningsområden). Sedan bolaget genomfört nyckelinventeringen under två dagar har arbetstagarna den tredje dagen inte utfört något arbete och arbetsledarna har låst in nycklarna. Arbetsdomstolen har kommit fram till att det har varit fråga om en arbetsnedläggelse från arbetstagarnas sida i syfte att få bolaget att upphöra med inventeringen, och att detta utgjort en olovlig stridsåtgärd. Därtill fråga om ett stort antal sjukanmälningar och uppsägningar varit led i stridsåtgärden samt om det allmänna skadeståndets storlek.
