Till byggnadsavtalet hör bl.a. ett avtal med särskilda bestämmelser för byggnadsföretag med speciell verksamhetsinriktning, S-avtalet. I tvist om tillämpning av avtalet uppkommer huvudsakligen följande frågor: 1. Får den fasta lönedelen vid lön i annan form enligt S-avtalet bestämmas till ett fast belopp per månad, eller skall den bestämmas som en timersättning? - 2. Får lön i annan form enligt S-avtalet bestämmas individuellt mellan arbetsgivaren och en enskild arbetstagare?
