A bildade ett aktiebolag, C, och inledde en verksamhet med personlig assistans åt funktionshindrade enligt LSS. I målet uppkommer i huvudsak följande frågor. Har A respektive C utnyttjat eller röjt information som utgjort B:s företagshemligheter? Har A åsidosatt sin lojalitetsplikt gentemot B på annat sätt än genom missbruk av företagshemligheter som skyddas av lagen om skydd för företagshemligheter?
