En verkställande direktör är chef för ett koncernbolag till vilket hör två underkoncerner som driver skilda verksamheter. Sedan den verkställande direktören använt sig av en rätt att vid 57 års ålder avgå ur aktiv tjänst, men med bl.a. rätt till fortsatt ersättning i anställning omorganiseras koncernen och verksamheterna i dotterbolagen förs in direkt i moderbolaget. Efter ytterligare ett år beslutas om en ny omorganisation, varigenom verksamheterna på nytt förs ut till skilda bolag. - Fråga om skyldigheten enligt anställningsavtalet att betala ersättning till den förre verkställande direktören övergått på ett av de bolag till vilken verksamhet förts över från moderbolaget. I målet påstår direktören bl.a. en långvarig, stark anknytning till denna verksamhet.
