En polisinspektör med ställning som gruppbefäl inom Stockholmspolisens hundenhet omplaceras till annat arbete inom polisorganisationen. För omplaceringen anförs skäl som är att hänföra till polisinspektören personligen. Fråga om omplaceringen har medfört sådana verkningar för polisinspektören att omplaceringen kan överprövas i rättslig väg. Sedan denna fråga besvarats jakande uppkommer frågan om det har förelegat godtagbara skäl för omplaceringen av polisinspektören med hänsyn till de samarbetssvårigheter som förekom inom hundenheten.
