What must the written employment contract contain?
The employment contract must, in writing and at the latest one month after the engagement, state the parties, workplace, job title and tasks, start date, notice periods, pay and supplements, working hours, holiday and any probationary period. For engagements expected to last less than a month the contract must be in place at once, and material changes update the contract.
