Regeringen eller den myndighet som regeringen bestämmer får meddela föreskrifter om skyldighet för ett organ eller en fysisk person som, i enlighet med artikel 28 eller 31 i förordning (EU) 2017/625 utför delegerade uppgifter som ingår i sådan kontroll eller annan offentlig verksamhet som avses i 30 §, att lämna in information och handlingar till den myndighet som har anlitat organet eller personen. Lag (2020:627).
