Det som anges i 27 § om förbud mot att röja eller utnyttja uppgifter gäller även den som
1. i enlighet med artikel 28 eller 31 i förordning (EU) 2017/625 utför delegerade uppgifter som ingår i sådan kontroll eller annan offentlig verksamhet som avses i den förordningen, eller
2. i enlighet med förordning (EU) 2019/1020 utför uppgifter som ingår i sådan kontroll som avses i den förordningen. Lag (2022:1108).
