De som har tagit befattning med ärenden enligt denna balk eller EU-förordningar inom balkens tillämpningsområde eller i ett sådant ärende har utfört sådana undersökningar som anges i 22 § första stycket tredje meningen får inte obehörigen röja eller utnyttja vad de då har fått veta om affärs- eller driftförhållanden eller förhållanden av betydelse för landets försvar.
I det allmännas verksamhet tillämpas i stället bestämmelserna i offentlighets- och sekretesslagen (2009:400). Lag (2010:1542).
